We are excited to announce that the Rex Pain Management Center will be moving to a brand new facility.
Effective May 23, 2016 our address will be: 3050 Duraleigh Road, Suite 201, Raleigh, NC 27612. All of our staff will remain the same.
For your added convenience, we will be able to offer the enhancements of onsite radiology and laboratory testing at our new location.
We look forward to our move and to seeing all of our patients in our new location!!
